With the continuous growth of Vancouver Island’s population, there is a strong need for purpose-built rental communities that cater to the needs of Island residents. In order to properly understand the demand, we, Top Down Investments, are looking to the residents of local towns and cities to guide us in creating the type of homes and communities that are needed. We call this process “Community Generation” in which we work to engage, design and collaborate with local stakeholders and residents to bring much-needed homes to communities. Your opinion matters and we want to make sure every voice is heard.
